Senior RF Design Engineers (Carlisle, MA facility)
Develop a variety of customized receivers and transmitters over a wide range of frequencies (HF to K-band) for space, avionics, and embedded tactical applications. Current applications include versatile multi-band transceivers, wideband receivers, linear power amplifiers, and military communications base stations. The successful candidate would be involved in the entire development process from concept and systems definition through detailed design and test and field deployment. BSEE and 8 years' minimum experience required; MSEE preferred. Candidates must be US citizens eligible for a security clearance.

Embedded Real Time Software Engineers (Carlisle, MA facility)
Experienced and new graduates with project experience welcomed. Responsible for defining software requirements, architecture design, algorithms, software component designs and implementation of embedded microprocessor real time systems for space and tactical sensors and communication systems. Positions require experience with C or C++ language programming and definition, development, and test of embedded software systems. Knowledge of Linux Operating System, communications and signal processing algorithm development, Matlab simulation and modeling are a plus. BSEE or CS required; MS desired. Candidates must be US citizens eligible for a security clearance.

Senior Test Engineering Manager (Chelmsford, MA facility)
Manage and coordinate the activities of a test engineering organization responsible for the final test of deliverable product which includes a variety of custom digital and analog space and aerospace electronic systems such as; software reconfigurable processors, DC to DC Switch mode power converters, RF receiving systems, multi-instrument science and particle detection systems. Proved close coordination between all corporate departments and program management personnel in the conduct of day-to-day operations across all corporate programs. Maintain and control an inventory of over 500 items of sophisticated test systems and equipment. Maintain and coordinate the use of a class 100k and class 10k clean room facility used for the assembly, integration and test of sensitive space borne electronics systems. Responsible for the development of test plans and procedures. Test activities include; bench level integration and final functional tests, thermal and thermal vacuum environmental testing, random vibration and shock testing and EMI/EMC testing. Pre-requisites for this position: BSEE, BSCS or equivalent required; MS desired. Candidates must be US citizens eligible for a Top Secret/SCI clearance. Must have prior leadership and managerial experience and in providing oral presentations to customer subject matter expert personnel. Experience with National Instruments products and C/C++ coding desired.

Quality Assurance Engineers (Chelmsford, MA facility)
Candidates must have current ISO, Military and/or Aerospace quality program experience and the capability to communicate, both written and verbally. BS degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in QA engineering including development, production and test of electronic systems. This is a hands-on position requiring the ability to prioritize multiple tasks of various levels of difficulty. There is 5% travel required in this position. Required: U.S. Citizenship for government security clearance; Expertise in the inspection of CCA's to IPC-610, J-STD-001, and/or NASA 8739; BS degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in QA engineering; Proficient in the ability to communicate both written and verbally; Experienced in problem solving, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions; Experienced in the review of test and assembly documentation; Attention to detail, and team-oriented; ISO 9001/AS9100 knowledge; Expertise in the inspection of mechanical parts; Expertise in the identification of EEE parts. Preferred: Knowledge of Military Specifications for EEE components; Knowledge of NASA Standards and requirements; ASQ certifications; Experience witnessing or monitoring environmental testing; Current or previously held security clearance; ISO9001 and/or AS9100 audit experience; Supplier maintenance experience.

Senior Test Engineers (Chelmsford, MA facility)
Responsible for test hardware and software requirements development with systems engineers, defining test system architectures, algorithms, module designs and implementations targeted to test software and software/hardware products. Responsible for the development of test plans and procedures and test hardware for a variety of space and aerospace hardware/software systems, including: DC/DC switch mode power converters, custom digital and analog system and complex transponder RF Receiver systems. Coordinate the activities of a test engineering organization responsible for the final test of deliverable product. Test activities include; bench level integration and final functional tests, thermal and thermal vacuum environmental testing, random vibration and shock testing and EMI/EMC testing. Sr. Software Developer (Alexandria, VA facility)
This is a mid or senior-level position. Candidate will perform software development using Java technologies for distributed web and enterprise applications. Lead software configuration management maintaining development and maintenance software baselines for multiple deliverables; assist mid and junior-level developers with day to day tasks; design, implement, and test functional capabilities based on customer requirements; install and maintain software in production environments; assist on-site customer and other on-site engineers in system problem diagnosis and troubleshooting, collection of problem information, writing discrepancy reports (DRs), and recommending fixes. Candidate will assist with requirements analysis, application design, code development, testing, code maintenance, and documentation. The work to be performed will primarily be done within the Stafford, VA area. Limited travel CONUS/OCONUS may be required. Will be required to have and maintain a TS /SCI clearance with CI polygraph. Required: BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering. MS degree is desirable; Well-organized, good communication skills both oral and written; strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Parts Engineer (Chelmsford, MA facility)
To guide the selection, procurement and processing of parts for high reliability space systems. The selected individual will join the parts engineering group assisting design engineers with parts selection, determining alternate or substitute parts where necessary, and assuring that the parts are procured and processed in accordance with each programís parts procurement, processing and qualification requirements. The selected individual must pay attention to detail, be proficient in generating parts procurement and processing documentation, have an electrical engineering education or equivalent experience and have a working knowledge of MS Excel. Candidate must be a US citizen eligible for a security clearance.

Parts Processing Program Manager (Chelmsford, MA facility)
An individual that pays attention to detail and is proficient with Microsoft Excel is needed to manage the testing and processing of high reliability parts for use in space systems. Based on inputs from the parts engineers and program managers, the individual will accomplish the planning, scheduling and management of parts testing and associated screening operations that verify they are of sufficient quality and reliability for use in space systems. The individual will provide the parts testing and processing status to program management and customers on assigned programs. Individual must possess the ability to communicate and interface effectively, and must be a U.S. Citizen with a security clearance or capable of obtaining a clearance.

Material Control Coordinator (Chelmsford, MA facility)
Detail oriented individual required to coordinate the procurement of high reliability electronic parts and materials for space and aerospace systems in support of design, bread boarding, production, and test activities. The selected individual will generate and maintain procurement plans and track parts and materials from purchase order inception through receipt, inspection, part screening, kitting, assembly and test. The selected individual must possess the ability to communicate and interface effectively, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel. ATC will train the right individual. The selected individual must be a U.S. Citizen.

Real Time Radiographic Inspector/DPA Technician (Chelmsford, MA facility)
Perform Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA) and operate Real Time 2D X-Plane and CT (3D) scan systems. Familiar with electronic component construction (passive and active). Experience in electronic component inspection or assembly utilizing military standards and high reliability specifications is desired. An Associateís degree in Electronics or equivalent experience required. Requires individual to be tested and pass yearly eye exam in performance of position. The candidate must be able to communicate and interface effectively and must be a U.S. Citizen.

Assembly Specialist (Alexandria, VA facility)
Responsible for hand soldering high reliability electronic assembly preferably on space or military electronic systems and components. Candidate must have experience in military standards to include IPC-A610E, J-STD-001D or equivalent; NASA-STD-8739-3, and NASA STD-8739-4. Circuit card manufacturing processes and technologies is preferred. U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain a security clearance.

Electronic Parts Test Technicians (Chelmsford, MA facility)
To perform electrical performance testing of electronic parts for space systems using both discrete test setups and automatic test equipment. Knowledge of digital, analog and/or RF parts, their test parameters and the associated test methods and fixturing is required. An AS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Test, or equivalent experience required. ATC will train selected degreed individuals.

Parts Screening Technicians (Chelmsford, MA facility)
To perform screening operations on electronic parts for space systems, including parts burn-in, thermal shock, thermal cycling, seal testing, particle impact noise detection testing and constant acceleration. Technician Training or equivalent experience required. ATC will train selected individuals.
