Senior Electrical Engineer (Carlisle, MA location)
Eligible for TS level clearance required. Responsible for generating analysis and supervising a small group of Analytical Engineers. Analysis includes performance and documentation of worst case analysis, failure rate predictions, reliability predictions, failure mode effects and criticality analysis, stress analysis, power dissipation analysis and failure analysis. Supervisory functions equates to 10 to 20% per week. Candidate will report to the President. Requires BS/EE degree (or equivalent), MS/EE a plus, with 8 or more years of analog design experience coupled with supervisory experience and excellent communication skills.

Parts Engineer (Chelmsford, MA location)
Candidate will perform the following parts engineering tasks; Review space program parts lists to ensure part quality meets the program requirements; Recommend screening upgrades as required; Document parts review status; Assist design engineering in part selection; Maintain candidate part lists; Provide part recommendation inputs for proposals; Work with design engineers and PMP manager to determine alternative parts; Write waivers for parts that will not meet program requirements; Review OEM web pages and other literature to keep up with the availability of new space quality parts including parts taken off the market; Participate in meetings with vendors; Present parts information at design reviews and develop and generate program parts selection and control plans.

Part Radiation Analyst (Carlisle, MA location)
Review and analyze parts for requirement compliance for TID/ELDR, SEL, SEB, SEGR, SGEMP, prompt dose burnout radiation tolerance limits, and bulk damage effects caused by neutrons, electrons, and protons. Establish post rad part parameter derating limits. Document radiation hardness status of parts. Write part radiation test requirements documents and test reports. Attend yearly radiation conference. Maintain lists of rad hard part vendors and radiation test facilities; and provide design review presentations.

Material Control Supervisor (Chelmsford, MA location)
Perform a supervisory role for the procurement of high reliability electronic parts and materials for space and aerospace systems in support of design, breadboarding, production and test activities. Responsible for generation and maintenance of procurement plans and tracking parts and materials from purchase order inception through receipt, inspection, part screening, kitting, assembly and test. Candidate must possess leadership qualities and the ability to communicate and interface with other departments effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required. Experience with Microsoft Project desired. Applicable experience required.

Construction and Maintenance Technician (Carlisle, MA location)
Excellent opportunity for full-time maintenance technicians. New construction, remodeling and maintenance of office buildings and businesses. Construction and maintenance capabilities and experience required.

Contracts Accounting Clerk (Carlisle, MA location)
Full-time position to prepare and submit interim and final invoices using Microsoft Excel on various DoD and GSA government contracts. Responsible for maintaining contract files including contract modifications and billing history. Position Qualifications: Associates Degree with 5 years experience preferably in DoD or GSA contracts. Business communication and organizational skills are essential. Excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Excel.
