RF Design Engineers (Carlisle, MA location) Develop a variety of customized receivers and transmitters over a wide range of frequencies (HF to K-band) for space, avionics, and embedded tactical applications. Current applications include versatile multi-band receivers, VHF/UHF radios, linear power amplifiers, and military communications base stations. The successful candidate would be involved in the entire development process from concept and systems definition through detailed design and test and field deployment. BSEE and 5 years minimum experience required; MSEE preferred. Software Quality Assurance (Carlisle, MA location) The Software Quality Assurance candidate will be a contributing member of the ATC Quality Assurance team responsible for coordinating and performing activities that ensure software product quality. These activities span the design and test processes. The candidate must possess good people skills to interact with systems and development engineering, test engineering, customers and subcontractors. The position entails ensuring that ATC's design and test processes are followed including requirements management, overseeing peer reviews, defect management and test planning. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Must have working knowledge of related fields. Minimum 5 years experience, BSCS, BSEE or equivalent. Experience with CMMI desired. Familiarity with the DOORS requirements tracking tool desired. Must have or be eligible for TS SCI clearance. Information Technology Security Specialist (Carlisle, MA location) Set-up and administer secure stand alone computer systems and networks in compliance with the NISPOM chapter 8 and DCID 6/3. Knowledge of the ODAA process guide for system profile submissions. Ensure that classified systems are audited and updated with latest anti-virus patches according to government customer requirements. Familiar with COMSEC security requirements and encryption devices. Qualifications include at least 2 years experience. Technical experience and skills, course work completed towards a degree, and industry IT certifications may be considered substitutes for education and DoD security experience. Windows server suites and Linux IT experience required. Current or eligibility for SCI security clearance required. Security Administrator (Carlisle, MA location) In compliance with the NISPOM, administer routine aspects of the DoD or other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Duties include the completion of SF86 packages, fingerprinting, preparation of visit authorization letters, use of JPAS, and coordination with customer security representatives to process security clearance requirements. Protect classified government information, monitor security procedures, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures. Conduct security briefings and develop and conduct security education programs. Ensure that classified information systems are audited and updated with latest anti virus patches according to government customer requirements. Familiar with COMSEC security requirements and encryption devices. Knowledge of Information Systems Certification and Accreditation process in accordance with the NISPOM Chapter 8. Senior Reliability Assurance Engineers (Carlisle, MA location) Senior Reliability Assurance Engineers are needed to function as technical leads in directing the activities of other reliability/analytical engineers, and as individual contributors, performing and documenting worst case performance analyses using circuit simulation software, electrical stress analyses, reliability predictions and failure mode effects and criticality analyses on space electronics. Other responsibilities include time/cost proposal estimates, analytical time/budget management, interfacing with program managers, design engineers and customer representatives and the presentation of analytical results at in-house and customer reviews. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. BSEE, BSET or equivalent is preferred with experience in electronic circuit/systems design and analysis. Military personnel with a commensurate background are welcome applicants. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a Top Secret clearance. Reliability Assurance Engineers (Carlisle, MA location) Reliability Assurance Engineers are needed to perform and document worst case circuit analyses using circuit simulation software, electrical stress analyses, failure rate/reliability predictions and failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA) on space electronics designs. Additional responsibilities will include interfacing with program managers, design engineers and customer representatives. Good interpersonal skills are required. BSEE, BSET or equivalent is preferred with experience in electronic circuit design and analysis. ASEE, ASET and military electronics personnel will be considered if the candidate can demonstrate adequate proficiency in electronic circuit theory and the supporting mathematics. ATC will provide training as required in circuit simulation techniques, failure rate/reliability predictions and FMECA. Candidates Must be a U.S. citizens and eligible for a Top Secret clearance. Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Chelmsford, MA location) Candidates must have current ISO, military, and aerospace quality program experience and the capability to communicate, both written and verbal. BS Degree with a minimum of ten years experience in QA engineering including development, production and test of space-qualified electronic systems is required. Experience on NASA and military space programs a plus. Other experience, education, and capabilities preferred includes: a working knowledge of environmental testing, NASA / Military standards, EEE components, mechanical inspection, and CMMI. ASQ Certifications are a plus. Quality Control Engineer (Chelmsford, MA location) Candidates must have current ISO, military, and aerospace quality program experience and the capability to communicate, both written and verbal. Associates degree with a minimum with five to seven years experience in quality control including production and testing of space-qualified electronic parts and assemblies is required. Experience in NASA programs is a plus. Other experience, education, and capabilities preferred includes: a working knowledge of NASA / Military standards, EEE components, Microsoft Excel, mechanical inspection, and drawing / documentation review. Parts Radiation Analyst (Carlisle, MA location) Review and analyze parts for requirement compliance for TID/ELDR, SEL, SEB, SEGR, SGEMP, prompt dose burnout radiation tolerance limits, and bulk damage effects caused by neutrons, electrons, and protons. Establish post rad part parameter derating limits. Document radiation hardness status of parts. Write part radiation test requirements documents and test reports. Attend yearly radiation conference. Maintain lists of rad hard part vendors and radiation test facilities; and provide design review presentations. Parts Engineers (Chelmsford, MA location) Review space program parts lists to ensure that part quality and reliability levels meet the program requirements, and that the parts availability supports the program schedule. Develop electronic and environmental test and screening programs to meet applicable customer and military specifications and standards. Assist design engineers in parts selection and maintain candidate part lists. Work with design engineers and program managers to determine alternative and substitute parts, and to generate special qualification, life test and screening programs for parts that will not meet program requirements. Interface with vendors to obtain parts information. Develop program parts selection and control plans. Customer interface and presentation of parts information at design reviews and other meetings is required. Applicable education and/or experience, a working knowledge of MS Excel and eligibility for a top secret security clearance are required. Parts Processing Program Manager (Chelmsford, MA Location) Responsible for managing and coordinating space systems electronic parts selection, approval, procurement, high reliability screening and destructive physical analysis efforts. Accomplish the planning, scheduling and management of the parts procurement, testing and screening programs based on inputs from the parts engineers and program managers. Provide status and reporting to program management and customers on assigned programs. A working knowledge of high reliability space parts testing and screening specifications and standards, Microsoft Office and hands-on technical management experience required. Parts Processing Specialists (Chelmsford, MA Location) Responsible for generating space systems parts processing documentation from information provided by the responsible parts program manager and parts engineer. Track and status parts, and expedite parts processing based on priorities provided by the parts program manager. A working knowledge of MS Word is required. Applicable experience is preferred, but will train the right person. Electronic Parts Test Engineers (Chelmsford, MA Location) Responsible for designing test setups and fixtures for the electrical and environmental testing of RF, TTL, and linear integrated circuits, and other electronic parts. Conduct and supervise the testing of electronic parts to verify compliance with military and/or manufacturer specifications. BSEE or equivalent experience required. Experience with ATE, C++ and Visual Basic a plus. Electronics Test Technicians (Chelmsford, MA Location) Responsible for electrical and environmental testing of electronic parts destined for space systems. Design and assemble test setups and test fixtures for testing electronic parts using standard test equipment. An AS Degree in electronics and/or equivalent experience required. Experience generating software for automated PC based electronic test systems a plus. Administrative Assistant (Carlisle, MA location) Provides a broad variety of administrative support services. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for various documentation including presentations, deliverables, and proposals, etc. A well organized team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Minimum of two years experience required. Contracts Accounting Clerk (Carlisle, MA location) Full-time position to prepare and submit interim and final invoices using Microsoft Excel on various DoD, NASA and GSA Government contracts. Responsible for maintaining contract files including contract modifications and billing history. Position Qualifications: Associates Degree with 1-5 years experience preferably in DoD, NASA or GSA contracts. Business communication and organizational skills are essential. Excellent computer skills required, especially with Microsoft Excel.
